All our plating solutions are routinely analysed to ensure they are kept to their optimal operating conditions by our in-house laboratory which is equipped with atomic absorption techniques and wet titration methods. TPG benefits from the technological advances of having MP-AES Microwave Plasma-Atomic Emission Spectroscopy equipment in-house for elemental analysis. Hull Cell testing is also undertaken to ensure consistent deposit brightness across a variety of current density ranges.

Additionally, the laboratory undertakes prototype plating of new processes and substrates for customer and supplier trials.
